Shareaza - Host Cache list query

Greetings All,
Under view/host cache is a list of IP adresses & ports.What
are they there for, & do I have right click / connect for the program
to work properly.
Summing up - What is the purpose of this list.

There shouldn't normally be any reason to touch that list. Shareaza will
automatically connect to them until it has the desired number of connections
for the networks you've selected.
